Throughout the years, Simon has assisted in building multiple businesses from initial start up to successful B2B projects. As the Director of Marketing & Sales for the private investment firm, Monaco Street, Simon has a solid foundation in high net-worth account management, presenting new investment opportunities, closing deals and attending networking events for future investments.

She also interned as a Business Strategy Intern at Changcoco Consulting Group, working with clients such as The Senior Executive Association, Dementia Spring, and Dr. Marc Brackett. Additionally, she served as a podcast coordinator for The Gaslight Effect podcast with Dr. Robin Stern, managing production schedules and guest appearances. Mike Lenz is a full-time SAG-AFTRA professional audiobook narrator, voice actor, and podcast producer. 

Mike is an Earphones Award-winning audiobook narrator with more than 280 titles narrated to date, in genres ranging from Fiction, Entertainment, Science, and Children’s to Christian, Business, Self-Help, and History. Mike narrates for many of the major publishers and producers including Penguin Random House, Tantor, Blackstone, Highbridge, Simon & Schuster, Hachette, Harper Collins, Ascent, Christian Audio, Dreamscape and many others.

As a voice actor for more than 17 years Mike has worked with clients such as Xerox, Hershey, Dell, Microsoft, Paychex, Sotheby's, Clorox, Bayer, Coca-Cola, Novartis, Dick’s Sporting Goods, VISA, Uber and many more on commercials, eLearning projects, real estate videos, corporate and web-based videos, and brand imaging. Mike is also a Voice Arts Award nominated podcast producer. He produces and hosts his own VO podcast where he has interviewed over 130 guests from within the voiceover industry.
